  • Binge TV watching
  • Being in an unhealthy relationship
  • Workaholic 
  • Marathon gaming
  • Being a Couch Potato
  • Sitting for long periods
  • Poor money management
  • Binge eating
  • Starving yourself

Examples of fatal attraction (2):

  • Eating junk food
  • Drinking alcohol
  • Smoking cigarettes
  • Using recreational drugs
  • Having careless sex
  • Living a sedentary lifestyle 
  • Stressing yourself out
