Bio:

Max chose his career path after facing his own personal challenges with being over weight. Obesity runs in his family and after seeing the ravaging health consequences faced by his own family and the loss of his father due to obesity related ailments, he's been dedicated  to preventing other families from experiencing the pain and hardship of losing a loved one from preventable ailments.  It is his life’s mission to provide fitness information, instruction and motivation to all that seek it and those he helps.

Max grew up in the North East, attended Medgar Evers College in NYC. He has experience assisting physical therapist for many years and is a Certified Personal Trainer. He is an internationally recognized Fitness Presenter and radio personality aka Dr. Fitness 93.3 the Beat Jamz.  He's held many certifications;  NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine, NCI, Nutritional Council International, GCC,  Certified Golf Conditioning Coach, ACI, Athletic Council International,

Max has always believed in giving back to the community and contributes as much as he can when ever possible. His company volunteers training staff for events and charities such as Angel Aid, Gate River Run, and The Donna Hicken Cancer Walk.  Max has been outreach volunteer with sereral non-profits in Jacksonville,  the Cummer Museum program for disadvantaged children and Lifestream Learning systems. In earlier years Max volunteered much of his personal time working with children with Cerebal Palsy at Perkins Deaf/Blind School in Massachusetts. He is currently serving on the board of the St. Johns River City Band, non-profit organization dedicated to keeping Jazz and American music thriving.  He has been Advisory Board Marketing Co-Chairman for Lifeworks Jacksonville, a non profit organization that provides tools and techniques for individuals to help them achieve personal and professional success. Other memberships have included, President of River City BNI, Business Networking International, Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville.
